Living a healthy life and having a fit body. Takes more then just going to the gym and walking on a treadmill for an hour. Living a fit and healthy life is a lifestyle change and not what I call WHP. WISHING, HOPING & Praying that I can lose some weight and get in shape. Trust me that doesn’t work. What works is eating clean, drinking lots of water getting at less 6 hours of sleep each night, working out hard but safely with a trainer at the gym 2-3 times a week.
