Opening act
Heels to rear length of gym and back
Walking front kicks
10 Hip rotations
10 swing kicks
10 sec hamstring stretch per side

Run to Krispy Kreme and back (2 miles)
50 double unders (150 single unders)
20 toe to bar

Grand finale
10 mins Stretch, roll, lacrosse
