Walking side lunge
Walking heel grab
High knees
20 Heel walks run it out
20 Toe walks run it out
Walking front kicks

2 mile run
15 toe to bar
15 ring dips

*Scaled/beginners 1 mile run

Record best time

1 min couch stretch per side
1 min IT band stretch per side
