10 sec Samson stretch per side

Death by Wallball *40’meter shuttle run in between rounds*

Min 1-1 wallball 1- 40m shuttle
Min 2-2 wallballs 1- 40m shuttle
Min 3-3 wallballs 1- 40m shuttle
Min 4-4 wallballs 1- 40m shuttle
5-1, 6-1 etc…..until you can’t complete wallballs and run within the minute. Score is total Wallball reps.

10 sec parallel arm stretch
20 sec side plank per side
