I thoroughly enjoy working with people to help them reach their fitness goals. I have always loved working out to better my health and physical appearance and thus helping others to reach their fitness goals has always been my passion.
In my mid 20′s, I stopped totally working out for no reason at all. I was working long hours at my job and didn’t have the energy to go to the gym; but I had energy to party and hang out all night with my friends. By my early 30′s, I went from weighing 175 to 220 pounds. My waist went from a size 30 to a 38. During that time, I was coaching youth football and making sure the kids were getting their workouts in so they could stay in shape. I let myself go to focus on the kids and their needs, because I had a strong desire to see them succeed!
During my years of coaching, I met a good friend who is now my wife. She is an amazing woman, and has been pushing me to follow my dreams since the first day we met. She inspired me to pursue my dream of helping others to be fit and healthy. I am now coaching classes at Distinct CrossFit and training clients one-on-one. I am truly living my dream of helping others achieve their fitness goals.
