1 each length of the gym
Walking lunges
Walking knee hug
Walking heel grab
Toe walk (25 tiny steps, jog it out)
Heel walk (25 tiny steps, jog it out)
High knees
Butt kicks
Karaoke w/ high knee (twice: L&R) Bounding

WOD 3
RFT
800M Run
20 Ball Squats
20 Situps
Rest 3 mins from the time of your last situps between each round.

Finisher
3 min max Double Unders (or DU attempts)
Stretch
